I don't think that Tony Bliss and I are in disagreement: we have seven
plates, and my original note said what and where they are in our copy. The
"large engraved folding plate of the Greek type case meant to face p. 13"
that Tony mentioned is the the third one I mentioned when I listed "After
B2: 2 leaves of engraved case lay-outs and one folded leaf of an engraved
case lay-out". To be precise: three plates follow B2, of which the third
is an engraved folded plate of a Greek type case: this last, incidentally,
immediately precedes, or faces, p. 13, which is B3. John Thomas.
