Fertel

I have looked at our copy of Fertel, which seems complete, and here's what
we have:
     4to: * in 2s  **-*** in 4s  A-2P in 4s.
The following plates are present, none with Gravelot's name:
     After B2: 2 leaves of engraved case lay-outs and one folded leaf of an
engraved case lay-out;
     After B3: one folded leaf, not engraved, of a case lay-out;
     After R4: one folded table, not engraved;
     After Ff3: one folded engraved leaf showing a printing press;
     After Ii1: a different folded engraved leaf showing a printing press.

     An interesting book, especially the sample title-pages.
