At this point, we are simply going to wait and see what develops on this
issue. The ruling will have to be clarified, and since it effects such
things as "sales" of dissertations, librarians/archivists are not going to
be the only folks to pursue this.
The easiest answer is to immediately add a form to all theses projects
requiring the student to sign granting access.
