I am trying to create a research library devoted to emergency
situations. This could include wars, invasions, terrorism, and other
national disasters like, floods, hurricanes, etc.
I am looking for leads on similar collections that might already
exist, and books or bibliographies that discuss our national policy on
emergency situations and cite the relevant legislation granting
authority for action.
