Re: Dictionary of "new" Latin

I seem to have missed the first posting on this but perhaps it's
worthwhile mentioning that a committee of the International
Association for Neo-Latin Studies is working on a dictionary of
Neo-Latin, which for them means all Latin since the year 1300. I don't
have addresses for the association at hand but could dig them up if
need be. Since the emphasis in such a book would be on literary,
historical, and scientific uses of Latin over about six centuries, I
imagine the dictionary will be of immense help to cataloguers. Though
work has barely begun (in terms of the time such projects take) I am
sure members of the committee would be interested in queries. If you
have immediate and pressing questions, one possible source of help on-
line is LATIN-L, which can be contacted at listserv@psuvm.bitnet
