PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform duties related to the Scrapbook Collection. This includes labeling and filing Scrapbook photos, filling photo orders from Mansion West, archiving the historical scrapbook collection and maintaining a good working relationship with Mr. Hefner?s staff.
2. Assist in labeling and preparation of photographic slides, prints and negatives.
3. Assist in creating catalog entries and ingesting new and past shooting into our Digital Asset Management system.
4. Research photo projects for various staff members, assist Photo Library patrons with photo reference requests, filling photo orders and retrieving photos.
5. Perform data entry on the name, oversize and PM test files.
6. Assist in filling photo orders from various photo department staff.
7. Assist with filing film and general maintenance of Photo Library areas
8. Perform other related duties/special projects as assigned.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, or equivalent, with strong typing and computer skills required. College coursework in library science/and or photography highly desirable.
